Individual Therapy for Women in California
Therapy for Women Ready to Break Free from Survival Mode
You may be the person everyone relies on. The one who keeps everything organized, shows up for others, and somehow manages to keep going even when you're running on empty.
From the outside, it may look like you're doing well. But internally, you might be battling anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, perfectionism, or the lingering effects of past experiences that continue to influence how you think, feel, and relate to yourself.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin creating lasting change. Together, we'll work to better understand what's contributing to your struggles while building healthier ways of navigating life with greater confidence, balance, and self-compassion.

How I Can Support You
Whether you're navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or learning to prioritize your own needs, therapy is tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Below are some of the areas I most commonly support.
Anxiety Therapy for Women
Anxiety can leave you constantly overthinking, worrying about what's next, or feeling like you can never truly relax. Together, we'll uncover the root of your anxiety while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident.
Depression Therapy for Women
Depression can make it difficult to experience joy, find motivation, or feel like yourself. Therapy offers a compassionate space to help you better understand what you're experiencing, regain a sense of hope, and begin feeling more engaged in your life again.
Trauma Therapy & Healing from the Past
Trauma can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to process difficult experiences, reduce their emotional impact, and move forward with greater peace and resilience.
Burnout Therapy for High-Achieving Women
When you're always the one holding everything together, burnout can feel inevitable. Together, we'll explore healthier ways to manage stress, restore balance, and prioritize your well-being without guilt.
Therapy for Perfectionism, People-Pleasing, & Self-Abandonment
When your worth feels tied to achievement or taking care of everyone else, it's easy to lose sight of your own needs. Therapy can help you build healthier boundaries, strengthen self-trust, and create more balanced relationships.
Family-of-Origin Healing & Breaking Generational Patterns
The experiences you had growing up often influence how you relate to yourself and others today. Together, we'll explore those patterns, heal from past wounds, and create healthier ways of moving forward.
Healing Beyond Coping
Sometimes understanding your experiences isn't enough to create lasting change. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a research-supported therapy approach that helps your brain process difficult experiences so they no longer feel as overwhelming.
As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I may incorporate EMDR into our work together when it aligns with your goals and clinical needs. EMDR is one of several evidence-based approaches I use to support healing from trauma, anxiety, negative self-beliefs, and long-standing emotional patterns.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer virtual therapy throughout California?
Yes. I provide secure virtual therapy for adult women (18+) throughout California. Online therapy allows you to receive support from the comfort and privacy of your own space while maintaining the same level of compassionate, personalized care.
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in recurring patterns, or struggling to balance the demands of work, relationships, or family, therapy can help. You don't have to wait until things feel unbearable to seek support. Many women begin therapy simply because they're ready for meaningful change.
What can I expect during my first therapy session?
Your first session (also known as an intake) is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, review relevant history, and begin creating a plan that feels supportive and personalized. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Do you accept insurance or private pay?
Yes. I accept Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Kaiser Northern California, and Kaiser California. I also welcome private-pay clients, with sessions priced at $175.

If I'm not in-network with your insurance plan, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your specific out-of-network benefits.
